3. User Accounts

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data from Jason's List without our prior written consent
• Post listings for prohibited items as described in Section 5
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

5. Prohibited Listings and Content

The following items and content are strictly prohibited on Jason's List:

• Illegal goods, substances, or services of any kind
• Stolen property or items obtained through fraudulent means
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosive devices (where prohibited by law)
• Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized copies of trademarked or copyrighted goods
• Adult content or sexually explicit material
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group
• Personal information of third parties posted without their consent
• Any content that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to our community.

6. Transactions Between Users

Jason's List is a neutral marketplace platform. We do not endorse any user, listing, product, or service. We are not involved in and bear no responsibility for any transaction between users, including the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any listed item or service.

6.2 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for evaluating listings and counterparties before entering into any transaction. We strongly encourage users to exercise caution, meet in safe public locations, and use secure payment methods.

6.3 Disputes

Any disputes arising from a transaction are solely between the users involved. Jason's List is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users, though we may do so at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided by Jason's List are the property of Jason's List or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Your Content

By posting listings, images, text, or other content on Jason's List, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content.

8. Disclaimers

JASON'S LIST IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JASON'S LIST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

In no event shall Jason's List's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Jason's List in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).

10. Indemnification
